On a Tuesday, there were only three first come, first served campsites available. Half of the campsites (the best ones—lakeside) are seasonal. The rest were reserved for at least 1 week and sometimes for three consecutive weeks). My site was squeezed on both sides by huge trailers and lots of cars parked on the grass. A major highway was directly behind my site—lots of truck traffic which quieted at night. Verizon was good at times and then would unexpectedly drop to no service for an hour or more.
Now for the pros. The views of Lake Michigan, the beach to stroll upon, the amenities for $21 (electric, dump station, flush toilets, $1 hot showers, picnic table, fire ring). Another uncrowded picnic area and beach is Bailey Park—only 3 miles south. Menominee, Michigan, a beautiful little city on the lake, is only twenty minutes away.

We happened upon this park because the CG we planned to stay at wound up having no cell service, which we need for our business. Price is actually $20/night, but if you stay 6 nights, you get one free, so our total was $17/night. This park is right up against Green Bay (the water, not the city) with several beachfront sites and beautiful views (see pics). It, unfortunately, is also right up against a major road, so there is a lot of freight traffic, and on-road rumble strips you can hear with every passing truck.
Sites are 20/30/50amp with dump and fill station on site. Fill station DOES NOT have a threaded hose connection, which meant we had to drive a few miles north to the State park and pay $9 to fill our water for the week.
There are 2 pit toilet stations and a bath house with flush toilets and coin showers. Showers looked a little dank, but did not use. This is a County park, and lots of non-campers come through to use restrooms and picnic. Also, we noticed people just driving through at twice the posted speed, but not sure what their purpose was.
Unknown_Normal would stay here again

The premium sites directly on the shore are seasonal only and not available for short-term stays. No matter. The other sites are just dandy and the water is less than a stone's throw away.
There is 30/50 amp service here, all for $20. No water or sewer, but a free dump station and potable water. Dump station is $5 for non-campers, honour system.
I didn't use the restroom facilities, so can't comment.
Park was very clean. No trash lying about. Grass nicely mowed.
Highway noise is the only negative here, but the traffic was much less overnight. We had the windows wide open and slept like babies with the cool lake breeze blowing through.
