We wanted a full hook up camping site for the night before our 2 week boondockiing adventure. Site has water to top off our tanks, sewer to dump, 20a/30a/50amp to charge our batteries to 100%. And most importantly using the 50amp to stay warm in the lows of 15-20 degrees. We were the only ones using the camping area in Feb on a Thurs... more

“Parking lot at fairgrounds. ”

This is OK for a quick overnighter, but I wouldn’t want to stay here any longer than that. It’s just a big parking lot at the fairgrounds and it’s pretty expensive. $30. The gates are locked at 9 PM at night and they don’t open till 7 AM. I’m an early riser and like to be on the road by 6:00 but anything is possible for one night. T... more

We were looking for a decent place to stay two nights so we could make a visit to Crater Lake, have open sky for the satellite, and FHU's. This fit our needs.
