When I left Kirk Creek I was going south. I dumped at San Simeon State Park.

There is potable water at Kirk Creek, and up the road a Plaskett Creek (just a couple of miles). I think the nearest dump station is at the Big Sur State Park, which is an hour north on Highway 1. If you say the fee to camp at Kirk Creek or at Plaskett, it allows you to use the dump station at Big Sur.
