Hi Barb! My husband and I were there in October and while there wasn’t a camp host and all the water was turned off the sites were accessible and a lot of people were enjoying the site. You just have to be prepared to dry camp :) But no one (or no signs) said you couldn’t camp. It’s a really beautiful spot!
