Everything at this KOA is old school , like it's been here since the 1960's, with no upgrades...The pool area was sad with old broken pots and planters with dead plants and weeds.
The one GOOD thing it had going for it is mature Oleander bushes between sites for privacy. It's strangely located in a residential area, but quiet at night thank goodness. Half the park are long termers but everyone seemed nice. I'd stay here again only if we had to.

the only downside was that the electric post was at the front of the site, glad we had an extension. The traffic noise was a bit heavier between 5-9, but didn't bother us. We boosted our Verizon MiFi to get 3 bars, enough for me to finish my workday.

Our site,83, was a pull through that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very close but typical for an urban park but our site was extremely narrow. We could not use the full length of the picnic table. Most was squeezed between shrubs so we could walk by it. Most sites had a vegetation barrier. Each site has a table but NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was pretty well manicured.
The included wifi internet worked reasonably well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA channels and the included cable worked fine. TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees if you don’t have a portable dish. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. The pool was closed for an unknown reason. The Hot Tub was available though.
There is a pathway that runs along the property and is popular for walking dogs.
There are no restaurants or services with in walking distance but a short drive will get you to a Walmart Super Center., Smiths Groceries, Safeway and almost anything else you may want. If you happen to be there on a Friday, I must recommend Hooch’s for their “All you can eat” Fish. The place looks pretty rough but the food and service was excellent! We found this park to be a well run urban RV park. We paid $50.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

We stayed two nights -- coming and going from L.A. There's nothing spectacular about the campground, but it's a comfortable one night stop. Decent wifi and cell. Bathhouse is old but clean.

Over $50 for 30-amp dirt site with neighbor on top of us isn’t something we’d gravitate to again. Best thing is it’s not near any train tracks as so many parks are along these I-40 towns.
Cable TV worked good & about 40 channels. Pool closed for winter but hot tub was in use.

They pack them in here. They are all pull through sites but they put you door to door by alternating the direction you pull in. Your door will face the door of your neighbor. The sites are very close. A lot of kids around due to COVID and schools being out. Because of how close the sites are there is plenty of noise.

No shade under picnic table for smaller trailers or RV’s, the big rigs got all the shady spaces.
