“Couldn't get there.”

Tried to get to Kentucky Camp but you have to go through private property and then there is a very steep and narrow road that I wouldn't dare try to pull a trailer down. Turned around and went elsewhere.

Edit. You can get there. The private property is on each side of the road but not the road itself. Drive through the gate and eventually you get to national forest land and some sites.

Great view of surrounding Mtns.
Nice Flat spot here & fairly easy road - some washboarding but not bad. We’re in a 30’ Class-A with a toad.
Very quiet today nobody camped this far in as there are a few other spots before you reach the great views.
This is definitely an area for OHV - off-roading so I’m sure it depends on when you’re here, this is a Thursday in mid-Jam.
Right up the road is the Kentucky Camp, an interesting little restoration of an old mining camp. There’s a little cabin you can there rent too.
