“Peaceful, beautiful and isolated.”

Reviewed Sep 20, 2017

Overall Rating

In our opinion, campsite 20 had the best view and was the most isolated in the entire campground. The tent pad was a bit of a hike down the hill, but the view out the door each morning was worth the trek.

Clean, well-stocked vault toilets. Lots of recreational users (fishing, dirt bikes, ATVs). The partying got a little loud sometimes. Beautifully situated between mountains and under a star-filled sky.

The road into the campground turns gravel about halfway up from the turnoff. Made me wish we had AWD, especially after the rain. But all-in-all, it was a relatively easy drive up from Beaver.
