Overall Rating
We stayed here 3 nights while waiting out Tropical Storm Beta. The park is small, but not tight - we had enough room to put up a portable dog fence without encroaching on our neighbors. Plus the rates are budget friendly. The owner was very helpful and friendly.
This is not fancy and that suits us just fine. The place was clean, all the hookups worked correctly and our spot was level. They have a single washer and dryer - $1 to wash and $1.50 per load to dry - I was able to catch up on the laundry easily and didn't need to go into town.
It's located a few miles south of Kenedy. There are a few long term residents - everyone was friendly. There's an HEB, Walmart and your basic fuel and fast food places in town about 9 miles away. We would totally stay here again.
