“Make sure you look at a satellite map!”

We were lucky I had studied the satellite map before we arrived. We have a 30’ camper. Site 14 is “backwards” in that you can’t pull into it if you drive around the loop the way you’re supposed to. The only reason we booked this site was due to a mountain biking race so we booked a Fri, Sat & Sun nights. We didn’t want to take a chance on not being able to find a spot at other non-reserve/less expensive camping spaces nearby on the weekend of the event. The fee here was $22 nightly plus a $10 transaction fee...$76 for 3 camping... more

We tent camped here in June of 2015. It's a lovely enough, basic campground with no hookups, but clean bathrooms. It's easy to get to, in fact, it's so close to town, when we arrived and I realized I had forgotten all of our bedding, I quickly drove down to the Walmart on 470 to buy some.
