Does the National Park Senior Pass get a discount at Katherine Landing Campground?

Yes. If you have the Senior Pass or the Annual "America the Beautiful" National Park Pass -- you get 1/2 off the fee. So instead of 20$ a night, it is only 10$ a night. Cash only. :)
