Nice little campground, not very many people around, which was nice. Campsites are not very deep so taking a larger trailer or rv would be difficult. You kind of have to hurry and unhook, and hook you because you block the road when doing so. But otherwise it's great and I'd stay again.

Nice Dry Camping If You Fit... We were limited in length but C76 fit us fine. Each site has shrubs that separate from neighbors and have a picnic table and fire ring. Gravel and asphalt. Really a nice dry camping experience. Large easily accessed tank dump. Fee reflects access pass discount. Fees have changed. Currently $25 or ... more

We've never been here before but we needed a place to pull over for the night. It's a State Park so you have a gate fee, in which we have a Access Pass for veterans so no charge. The camp fee was $10.00 a night but no hook ups, there is a laundry room and a shower both very clean. RV sites are level and we have a 32ft, you pull in find a open spot and then pay. The restaurant is closed and the gift shop is open, they do have milk, bread and the basics. Very quiet at night and the Park Rangers patrol, so not bad at all. Safe travels.

Just arriving in the state less than 48 hours prior -- this was the only spot I could find that was cheap, had permission to park, no extra fee for the pets, and the ability to put out my solar panel (I work from the van). IF YOU NEED ATT coverage -- you want the SOUTH campground - and ideally lots C or D. As of this writing, C and D are closed and so is B. Lot A was open and I got one of the closer spots to the SOUTH most EDGE of the campground (right by the entrance road to the campground next to the pay box. If you can get a spot right on the edge, results may be better.). In ONE SPOT, I get 3 bars of ATT coverage for my Wi-fi if I DO NOT MOVE MY ROUTER. Anywhere else between here, north (including the north campground), and or closer to the water it drops to 0-2 bars. When I drove up around C and D lots - consistently near the SOUTH most EDGE of the campground -- I got 3-4 bars. The coverage seems to be better the further south you are in the campground - and physically higher, hence lots C or D as they are physically higher up the hill.)
Disclaimer: I do NOT have a cellphone or wi-fi booster. This may change your results.
