Great place to overnight. WiFi worked perfectly, grounds were well kept, easy in and out, and great access to the highway. The owner was there when we were and I had a question. He was very courteous and answered my question. Will stay again!

"Decent spot for a night or two"

Like most such campgrounds, the sites at Walt's are pull-throughs too close to their neighbors. Your picnic table is next to your neighbor's sewer and water. And it's near the highway. You can hear it, especially at night. But all such off-the-highway campgrounds are like that. Walt's staff make the place a worthwhile stop. They are actively...

"Easy access road, no Internet "

Easy late checkin, just pick up sheet at the office door. Quite a few long term units here, but quiet enough place. Showers were hot and clean, laundry had 4 washers and dryers, everyone picked up their dog poop! Daily trash service! Just leave trash by curb at 10am. Nice feature! Only gripe is Internet. They have WiFi and it connects,...

Fine For An Overnight Stop Off Of I-70. Easy To Get In And Out Of. Full hookups, good cell service, WiFi worked well. Can hear Highway traffic since you are right next to I-70. Walmart is next door as well as fast food close by. $40 total was the price.

"All Good"

We had a good experience here. It is set off the highway in trees, though you can hear the road. The sites and bathrooms are immaculate. There were a number of folks that seemed to be there seasonally…possibly for construction work nearby? We lucked out as the neighboring barbecue place is open Friday nights and the food was fantastic.
