Stayed last fall for six nights going back again. The "BEST" WIFI in any park we have stayed at. clean nice people and great location for sight seeing. Highly recommend.

Hosts are excellent. • Site was almost perfectly level. • No cable TV, but several air channels and reception is great. • Showers are excellent, very clean, great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. • WIFI is okay, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • Great location, so close ... more

• Site was almost perfectly level.
• No cable TV, but several air channels and reception is great.
• Showers are excellent, very clean, great water pressure and no shortage of hot water.
• WIFI is okay, but I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV.
• Great location, so close to many things to do in the area.
• Very well run campground, would recommend.

Clean and well maintained park. Great wifi!!! Dog park has real grass. I called ahead to see if they would have a space that night. When I arrived owner picked out a spot that was an economy one that would be open on either side - saved me money and gave me space.

This was a nice, clean, friendly RV park. The hosts were super nice, but unfortunately what I remember most was the noise. This was a nice, clean, friendly RV park. The hosts were super nice, but unfortunately what I remember most was the noise. It was right next to a very busy road and all we heard during the night was loud cars and racing. They gave us a spot behind the bathrooms which made me feel like I was camping in an alley. Unfortunately that's all they had for our pull thru requirement. There was a nice dog park, but the rocks in the gravel drive were so big our little dog wouldn't walk on them. (Yeah, he's a sissy.) Don't think I'd stay here again but maybe it's someone else's cup of tea.

Upon our late arrival, the camp host/manager walked out to greet us. She was very welcoming and genuinely happy to see us. The park is very clean and well-kept. The sites are covered in a medium-sized river rock with no dust/dirt or sharp stones to poke through your outdoor rug and bare feet. We are in a spot that backs onto a surprisi... more
Upon our late arrival, the camp host/manager walked out to greet us. She was very welcoming and genuinely happy to see us. The park is very clean and well-kept. The sites are covered in a medium-sized river rock with no dust/dirt or sharp stones to poke through your outdoor rug and bare feet. We are in a spot that backs onto a surprisingly quiet road. The park is under new ownership and takes pride in its business.

We called went about 10 miles away. The phone was answered and we were told they were spaces available so we came in. We called went about 10 miles away. The phone was answered and we were told they were spaces available so we came in. We paid for a Deluxe pull through a spot that was located behind the washroom/restroom. Very nice spot. The owners are on site and involved in the property. They apparently recently purchased the campground. reviewers of indicated, the restrooms in laundromat are in excellent shape. Price was a little high for a deluxe pull through, but we would definitely stay here again.

You can tell the owners take great pride in their property. The bathrooms and laundry were spotless, all the sites were well maintained with gravel. It’s a small park, in downtown Kanab, but a great respite from several days on the road.

Great spot for visiting Zion and other parks/locations! We went to antelope canyon and Grand Canyon (yes it was a bit of a drive). Campground is a large gravel lot, with loud road noise. But it was nice and clean and in a great location
