We were late arriving, but the hosts worked with us to be sure we found them and our reserved spot with no trouble. They do not take reservations on-line, and the office hours are limited. The park is primarily residential, but is very quiet. The pull-through sites that are set aside for short-termers are a little tight on turning radius, but there was sufficient room between sites not to seem crowded. The laundry was very good, water pressure was good, and there were no problems with hook-ups. And we enjoyed the cactus gardens located throughout the park. Access to trails was pointed out from various places in the park. We would stay again, even for a few days.

Lots of hiking trails from the site. Dogs are welcome & there is an enclosed pen for them, but it scrap wood piled up in a corner of it. Lots of cactus all around , I recommend keeping the dog close on a short leash. The stickers are nasty! Lots of long term guests, but all are extremely friendly. All in all a good place

Quiet, clean, and highly affordable RV Park located west of Tucson. We used Passport America. Numerous hiking trails start at the campground. The sites are spacious even for our 40-foot motorhome and tow vehicle. The strong WiFi lets us stream TV.

The sites are close together back to back, but a reasonable distance side to side. The strangest thing about this park is the lack of modern technology to book it. I got no confirmation email after I called in September to book it. In December I got a call checking to make sure that I was still coming and then I heard nothing until I called them 2 days before we arrived in late February. Luckily we still had the spot. They only take cash or checks and I had to go three times to the office before someone was there to take our payment. (5pm, 10am and 1pm on two different days!). I guess some might like the laid back atmosphere of it, but I found that a bit stressful. My AT&T reception only had 1 bar, but my husband's Verizon had 3 bars.

No Wi-Fi even at the office, no net for pickle ball and the court is all cracked. No balls for bocce and the bbq area has 1950 ish furniture from an old restaurant that is definitely a liability. Has a laundry but hasn’t been cleaned for awhile, dirty with overflowing garbage cans. No bathrooms or showers. Lots of things could be updated to make a nice park.
The park is quiet except for the neighborhood dogs that bark constantly.
On the plus side: the streets and landscaping are nice and easy access to the desert.
The sites are roomy.
My opinion. Don’t advertise and charge for amenities you don’t have.

Called to make reservations a week in advance and left message, but they didn't return my call for 2 days. Then when we got there no one was in the office so I called for wifi password, but no answer again. The only reason we hadn't booked somewhere else was because it was Labor Day Weekend and all other parks in the area were booked. There are a lot of full timers, but the park is clean and well kept. The sites are very spacious! We would stay here again if in the area. We were close to the road and did not hear any road noise, it's about 10 miles out of town, so not a lot of traffic.

The laundry was clean with a lot of machines. The hostess was kind to lend us a 50-30A adapter for a small deposit. There are a few snowbirds staying here for long time .. I would recommend this place to friends. The concrete in road next to RV park caused unnecessary concern from bumpy sounds that it made.. otherwise no concerns.

If you like to be close to the desert, but yet accessible to shopping and town stuff this park works. We were here in late June for just 1 night, but the main business of the park is during snowbird season. In fact we are considering spending some time here next winter. We paid the $25 Passport America rate which is good for up to 3 nights. The manager quoted us $709/month for a deluxe site during snowbird season, but January is always sold out. That's a good rate for snowbird parks here. The deluxe back-in sites are nice and spacious with screening desert vegetation.
