While this park is small (it's an old Yogi Bear CG) and the streets are tight, it is a premier RV park due to it's location. Location IS everything and I challenge you to find another RV park within walking distance to (2 blocks) the turquoise waters of the Atlantic within 50 miles of this area of Florida. Not to mention the fishing pier right there, or the shopping center with grocery, banking, pharmacy, eateries, and surf shop within 1 block of the CG. You won't find one. This is the only one. As such it is usually fully booked so reserve early. As a previous review stated, getting reservations isn't that easy and the office has weird hours so answering the phone is not always possible. This is NOT a corporate Camp Ground. It is owned by a condo association and so as such all the lots are privately owned. This makes for some different rules etc and also because of that many lots are not rented at all. BUT if you can get in, you will love the location. Maybe not all the neighbors, but the location cannot be beat.

Well my card was not working with there machine for some reason so they couldn’t hold my spot. I was planning on coming in the next day to stay and they wouldn’t hold my spot. For 1 day I would hope they would hold the spot it’s not like I was making a reservation weeks out in advance. Plenty of other places that will accommodate me.

Nice paved roads with meticulously kept grounds and flat cement pads. Very friendly neighbors and helpful staff. In the offseason when we stayed here it was very quiet. There is a pool, hot tub, laundry, tennis, bocce, playgrounds, and it’s walking distance to the pier, the beach, a large Publix grocery store and drug store, restaurants, and more. There are many park models here all very tidy and well kept. Our spot had over 90 digital channels of TV service and private (super fast) WIFI. Check out the Jetties Early Bird Special and the Square Grouper for live music and libations both right on the water and a short drive from the park. ATT and Tmobile service 5 bars. Our spot is at the top of a hill and has a nice sunset view and dry from any rain that you may experience. Good areas to exercise both biking and jogging. Located right next store to a state nature preserve for Gopher Tortise's
Articcat would stay here again
