Not July but August 2018. It wasn't overly hot and I don't even recall it being humid. But it was buggy. We setup a screen tent so we could enjoy the outside of our camper. There was a wind/rain storm out of the blue, so watch for those. Almost blew us away...lol.

We were there in the middle of June 2021 and it got warm during the day but the recent heat wave consuming the Northwest we decided to vacate. Don’t miss this awesome boondocking spot. Stay clear of the tree’s the bugs are brutal. Out in the open not so much. ENJOY

When we were there, the weather was in the low to mid 80s during the day an sleeping weather was beautiful. Probably because of the absolutely frigid water surrounding you. It took 5 days to get the courage to jump in. Damn cold.

Hi Robert, I have been there in May not in the summer. My guess is it would be in the 90's. I don't recall any shade there. With the drought this year the water could be very low. I don[t know if they get Blue/green Algae in the water there. Blue/green algae is toxic. I would suggest getting in touch with the local BLM office. They would probably be a good resource. Deb

We stayed here last year, it was warm during the day but it would cool off nicely at night. We don't own a generator, so we just opened the windows and it was fine.
