The interior roads are rocky dirt. I would not call them graveled. They are big rig friendly though. Our site, 64. was a flat, level pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (power and water) were conveniently placed on the left side mid site. So far, that is about it for the good. Sadly this park is only good enough for a badly needed overnighter. There has been no attempt to beautify this place at all. We were here ten years ago and nothing has changed (except we did not have the use of a table this time. The last time we had “half” of a table). There are many permanents here and it would not surprise me if they were the same ones as ten years ago. The place still looks trashy.
We did not check the bathrooms or showers. We did not venture out at all. We used the place to rest and relax after a very windy drive from Mesquite.
Even though this place is a poor example of an RV park, we would stay here again. It works as a reasonably priced overnighter. We paid $25.00 with a Good Sam discount and feel we received fair value. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

We asked about just getting some water and planned on going to a harvest host. The worker directed us to park parallel to the tent sites to fill up our water. She then offered that we could just park there for the night and connect to electric. Dump access was available. Currently park is nearly full with employees working on a solar plant near by. Limited overnight sights available. Definitely recommend calling ahead. $25 a night with Good Sam discount.

There was an "open" sign on the locked door when I arrived, but there was nobody around. I found check-in forms in a box by the door, chose a campsite, filled out a form, and dropped it in the slot with a check.
Site 11 was clean and level, with full hookups. It was in the row closest to the road, but the campground was fairly full further back. Traffic was light, and the trains across the road were very infrequent, so noise was not a problem.
Verizon 4G was 3 bars. I didn't check the speed, but it was adequate.

In a box on the wall of the office are registration forms and a sign gives the rates and instructions for picking out a spot. It's $30 for a hook-up site or $25 if you have Good Sam. We picked out a site, filled out the information, put $25 in the envelope and dropped it in the slot in the door. And that was that as far as customer service went. We never saw an employe the entire time we were there, but somebody must do something sometime because the restrooms were clean and the laundry room appeared to be in good condition. This place had the most invisible management of any RV park we've ever stayed at.
We'd stay here again. It was pretty basic, but clean and quiet and very easy to access form the freeway.

Very laid back and friendly owner. Good price for full hookups (30 & 50A). Most sites are very close together; luckily it wasn't a busy evening. Nice, quiet, sleepy small town atmosphere.

We arrived on a Saturday at 1pm and no one was in the office to greet us. We called the number provided and they told us to fill out a form and submit payment for our stay. We were also told to park wherever we wanted, which felt really weird. I know it's typical to not be greeted when checking in, but that's usually if you arrive at night, not the middle of a weekend. Most of the campground had full-timers parked there, so the available spots were few. We pulled into one spot on the end, but the neutral side of the 30 amp plug was energized and the 50 amp outlet was also mis-wired. So we had to move into a spot right up next to our neighbor, which was a bit tight - especially when a HUGE fifth wheel pulled up into the spot we had vacated the next day and was nearly on top of us.
We never saw anyone from management stop by our spot or anyone we could tell about the faulty wiring at the power pedestal next to us.
The WiFi barely worked.
A few passing trains were somewhat noisy, but they were a few miles away. So it wasn't too bad.
No recycling available.

This park looks like it could have been a KOA at one time. It's an older park and shows its age but it was clean, quiet, and well priced. Our $25 rate was based on the Good Sam rate for 30 amp pull-through. The regular rate was $30. If the park were full, it would be snug, but since we were early in the season, we had empty spaces on both sides of us.
The pluses were the price, the quiet location, easy access, clean restrooms with good showers, and their laundry facility.
The minuses were moving from our first spot because the power didn't work, the front entrance looks a bit sketchy because of the diesel truck repair facility next door, and the challenge of getting in contact with them. It may have been because of it being early in the season, but both e-mails and phone calls would go unanswered unless you got lucky and someone actually answered the phone. We were in the park for over 24 hours before we were able to register because the office was closed (on a Friday.) None, the less, I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
I was using an AT&T Mobley in the truck for internet access. It was fast, but I don't know how many bars. I never booted the Verizon hotspot to try it.
