We stayed one night. Water, electric and sewer offered. Low cost. Helpful host. Bathrooms and Shower were fairly clean and functional but a bit rustic.
camper-737040 would stay here again

We stayed here twice this year, for two weeks both in May and in October. Mostly 30A FHU sites with some 50As available. Sites are kind of small-ish and close together but if you get one of the end ones it's much nicer. For the most part it's very quiet during the week with some fulltime construction workers as neighbors. Usually busier on the weekends as there is something going on every weekend like a car show, horse show, craft fair, etc. Plenty of stores nearby and Franklin is a great small town for the DW to spend a few days.
There was a hard-to-find host in May and no host in October. Call the office ahead of time and make arrangements to let them know when you're arriving.
Don't just blindly follow GPS here unless you want to encounter some small secondary roads and/or nasty railroad crossings. If you're coming from the north with a big rig, take the Worthsville Road exit off of I65. Continue south on US31, turn right on Jefferson St and enter the main gates at 39.479797, -86.071503.

“Check your rig....”

If your rig is older than 10 years old, you will be denied. Ridiculous!
