Beautifully landscaped campground. Friendly staff. Easy check in and finding our spot was a breeze. Most spots are large and shaded, ours (spot A14) was not. Most of the sites starting with A appear to be newer with small trees. Site was level, hookups easy, laundry and shower clean. It’s near a highway, but far enough of it that noise isn’t bad. It’s near train tracks, but they just go by without sounding their horn. It’s on the flight path for the airport, but only a few planes fly over each day. There are a few long term campers, but everyone seems to take pride in keeping the campground beautiful, so no eyesores like I’ve seen at other places. With the beauty comes a price - they water nightly, so don’t leave your stuff out or it will get wet. They also have some of the most strict rules about fire pits and rugs I’ve seen. Still, I’d recommend it and I’d come back.

They have mature trees for shade, grass between the spaces. The campsites are well spaced and ours was dead level, no leveling needed for the camper. It’s big rig friendly, we had two bars each for AT&T and Verizon. The bathhouse was very clean, it felt like taking a shower in your own home. I will be putting this park in my list for a return visit

We have been camping for a few years and have stayed in many different campground locations… None of them were is beautiful and as well-kept as this one. This place sets the bar high for any other campground.

"Jim" and "Mary" no longer exist, but the highway, train, and air traffic noise do. Free wifi but no streaming allowed. No dump station unless you have a FHU site so you have to go back into Missoula to try and find a place.

We started RVing 7 years ago and as part of the process, I have researched many RV parks and campgrounds around the western US. It’s hard not to come across multiple glowing comments about Jim and Mary’s RV Park located on the outskirts of Missoula Montana. After having been on my short list of places to stay for most of those 7 years, we had the opportunity to spend 4 nights recently at this amazing park. Everything about this park is top notch starting with the people. The owners are warm and friendly, the staff is smiling and pleasant to visit with and the grounds people are extremely talented and hard working.
The park is full of fun and colorful flower gardens scattered amongst the green grassy RV spaces. Lots of pine trees for shade and generous space between each parking spot. The utilities are in excellent condition and easy to connect to and the wifi is great. It appears to me that the wifi infrastructure has been upgraded to the point where it will handle the load placed on it by park residents. With connectivity being so important in today’s world, it is refreshing to see a park owner invest what is necessary to stay current with the demand.
Jim and Mary’s RV Park is everything that I’ve read about. This park has to be in the top 10 RV parks in the US. We highly recommend that you put this stop on your short list and see for yourself what everyone is raving about.

Very nice and clean park-like location with lots of trees. The fenced in area for dogs is very much appreciated too. Friendly staff, very helpful. Yes there’s some highway noise but not excessive or enough to keep you awake. I enjoyed my stay and recommend.

We were there a bit early in the season but they did have the water running which was quite nice. The dog park was reasonably sized (they had plenty of space to make it bigger though). Verizon signal was just fine. There was a train that ran past the back of the park that could get loud but we didn't really have any issues with it.
