Restrooms and showers were clean and spacious. Staff were nice and friendly. The resort was conveniently located in between Galveston and Houston making ton available in a short drive. We will definitely stay here again should we be in the area. The only thing we wish it had had was a playground for the kids and perhaps a hot tub. That's being picky though. We had an excellent stay.

Upon arrival at the campground’s gate on Saturday around 3 p.m., we punched in the code — as it turns out, several times. The code didn’t work. We called the cell number also on the sign. There was no answer. A resident taking out his trash (the dumpsters are outside the gate) punched his code in to let us in.
We went to the check in area. No one was there. We called a posted number. The number was out of service. We attempted to call the main number just to get an answering service.
Eventually, a “housekeeper” came out to help and she checked for “late” check-in packages. There wasn’t one for us. I had to pull out my phone and show the confirmation. She called someone — not sure who — who walked her through the check-in process.
The spaces and sites are very tight. This “resort” is largely populated by residents who live here full time. While generally maintained well, Jetstream lacks resort amenities that one would find at a vacation destination. Most of the lights at night are burned out. Front desk personnel — when some bothers to be there — aren’t all that helpful.
Often we need packages delivered. The front desk doesn’t accept them. Some deliveries can be sent directly to your site if the driver can get in the gate. We found our package returned to sender.
Disappointing overall.

So we decided to stay at this particular park because my husband is a gym freak. I mean EVERY day. When we arrived, however, COVID was starting to pick up steam so their gym and pool were closed. We decided to stay as it had decent reviews on WIFI and we work from home.
We paid $625 Monthly Rate plus $50 for the electricity we used. Very fair price for a months rent. We had space 185 which was a back in space, very quiet and had wild foliage behind it. The whole park is fenced in and gated so we felt super secure. The lanes our ultra wide so we had extra room to maneuver our 36 foot coach. We never used the bathroom facilities, but I am sure they were fine. They have a pool, beer garden, gym and laundry room. They have lots of washers and dryers. They all take credit card or you can purchase a card form the front desk. TIP: Just rest your card on the pad. Don't try to swipe. It doesn't work well that way. We zipped around the park on our scooters and made friends with others. There is a lot of full time contractors living there, but everyone was super friendly and fairly quiet.
The WIFI was okay, but we were living off of ZOOM calls. We had to purchase the premium internet at 30 a month. It worked pretty well and we could watch TV using our firestick and our computers ran pretty well for the most part. We also have a WIFI booster. We had some trouble with their WIFI and called TENGO internet to get it solved. The 3rd call to them we got a person to walk through how to get decent signal. After that we were golden. I strongly recommend doing a speed test if you purchase the internet. We got 30 mbps download and 4 upload. It was okay.
Infortunately, I have to admit there was a train going through the middle of the night several times. And it is LOUD. By the end of the month we adjusted, but if you are a light sleeper, I would go somewhere else. Their were also fighter jets flying over during the day being next door to NASA, but that is just cool! Some people complained the dumpsters were just outside of the park gate, but it is a short walk to them and we always enjoyed it.
We would definitely stay again!

The laundry facilities were very nice and all the machines had card readers installed, which is always appreciated. It was $2 to wash and $2 to dry.
Site was perfectly level. We had a nice stay here and thought it was a great deal for the location (with PA discount). They also have a Good Sam’s discount.
There was definitely some noise from jets and traffic, but being in a large city, this was expected. We'd stay here again if we ever wanted to return to Houston.

Really a nice park, just a bit loud. Positives: felt safe, all paved, gated, nice, clean facilities. Negative: near railroad track and airport/military base. Would stay here again. Used passport America.

Beautiful new park with very friendly and easy check in procedures. PA members so I feel I got a good deal.
All amenities are spanking new and so I have nothing but praise for that. Gated, but you can’t reach the keypad from a class A motor home. It’s vehicle height.
So here’s my warning for pet owners. I make it a priority not to allow my fur baby to bother any other guests, so when I saw their extensive pet rules I was quite pleased. Well rules are only good if they are enforced.
First off, very little grass in side the gate. No dog run. There were pet piles all over the little grass that was available, so I had to be very careful were I stepped. Second, they say you will be evicted if your pets are unruly and bark to much. Well the 3 dogs in the rig next to us suffered severe separation anxiety the entire time their owners were gone all day. Thus making it a little challenging to keep my pup quiet.
And the biggest burr in my butt are the two cat owners that allowed their cats free roam after the sun went down. My pup hates cats and darn near tore my arm off the first night that it smelled the cat under its coach. The cat took off running and it took every once of me to control my dog and try to keep it from barking. CAT OWNERS: your pet is no different than mine! Put it on a leash or keep it in your rig!

The day before we arrived, they had their grand opening. This is a gated RV park because it is located in an industrial area. It is brand new and is pristine and has wide cement sites. Unfortunately, their WiFi was still not up for being open for three months. They seemed to be frustrated by this also. There were many OTA channels because it was in Houston and there was 4 bars LTE AT&T service as well. Amenities include swimming pool, grilling area, multiple dog parks, pool table, fitness center, arcade, and laundry. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a hot tub. There were separate large showers on the main building that were very clean. The RV park is close to the end of the Ellington Airport, the same airport the astronauts use for training. This was a great park to be at for any activities in downtown Houston as it was 17 miles away. We enjoyed going to tour the NASA facility as well. We were first to use the Passport America discount, otherwise it would be $65 per night.
