Great little municipal park!

You can call the city to reserve a site, or show up and risk taking what's available. Pay with cash, check or money order at entry kiosk, where there are permit envelopes and a drop box.

Be aware that the park is only open seasonally. We just happened to arrive on opening day 2021, which was April 16.

Pros: Friendly service when I called city to inquire, quiet setting along a river, map with site lengths labeled (see attached photos), FHU, paved site pads, onsite bath house (we did not use), short walk to what appeared to be a vibrant downtown shopping/dining area, Verizon and T-mobile worked fine but I did not note the number of bars.

Cons: City water has high manganese levels that are dangerous to some populations. I've attached a pic of the official notice that was posted at the entry station, so that you can prepare accordingly.

Lovely city CG, staffed, lots of repeat business, suitable for rigs of all sizes. Very near downtown Grantsburg, near Crex Meadows Wildlife Refuge. Pads and drives asphalt, water and elec at site. Next to city park, pand and creek. WONDERFUL, PICTURESQUE and very NEAT.
