It’s you, the Mississippi River, two vault toilets, and an assortment of flys and mosquitoes (in late June). Very basic and scenic.

This park is a true gem. It is on the banks of the Mississippi river. These sites are spacious and the distance between them is ample. It is wooded and most of the sites are well shaded. There is fresh water from an artesian spring. There are no hook ups but the bathrooms are well-kept with pit toilets. There are cabins available also. When we arrived mid afternoon we were the only campers at this park which has at least 13 sites that I am aware of. The park is located west of the highway by a mile or two and is good gravel and level.
