Our electric and water hookups were right next to the site. (I saw some people said their hookups were so far from the site pad that they couldn't reach them). There are multiple loops, with various hookups. They all looked nice. Some sites were closer together than others. We did not have a water view, and only a select number of sites actually have a view of the water. Verizon was 2-3 bars and stable. The campground seemed well maintained. Our site was asphalt with a picnic table and fire ring. The campground was fairly full, with only a few empty spaces. Given how many sites were taken, it was very quiet once it got dark out without any loud noise or music.

The pit toilet in the non-electric loop wasn’t great, but the rest of the campground had flush toilets and nice showers everywhere. They had a laundry room with two washers and two dryers but I didn’t use it. Lots of wildlife on the nonelectric loop in the morning and at dusk. Access to and in the park is easy. My only disappointment is that Wellsboro is 15 miles away, and the nearest Walmart is 21 miles away. Couldn’t find a grocery store in Tioga.

Although we had 3-4 bars with T-mobile at our site, near the visitor center it was zero bars. Site was blacktop and level; had picnic table and fire ring. Near visitor center is a beautiful indigenous wildflower garden, and a long tree walk with dozens of tree species growing and identified. Beach at lake is small, no lifeguard, but has a cool life jacket loan kiosk. Great for kids. Boat and kayak launch areas have a huge parking lot for vehicles and boat trailers. Kayak launch ramp also has a life jacket loan kiosk. Park has several hiking trails, including an archery trail. Has a nice little camp store.

Verizon cell hotspot in window had two bars but fairly stable, phone calls good and remote browser based work functional but streaming video will play better if dropped to 480p. T-Mobile from roof winegard antenna was two bars as well but less stable at my location.

We arrived at this very nice COE with no issues, easy to find. The check in office was not manned but had a sign stating to go directly to your site. As we arrived at back-in site 67 (Beech Loop) with FHUs, one of the camp hosts put a tag and campground (CG) info on our site post. The cement pads are pretty much 90 degrees so we had to maneuver a few times to get onto the pad the way we wanted. The road was fairly wide with no obstacles in the way when we swung our 39’ fifth wheel and F450 truck around. There were no issues with utilities as they were pretty much at the middle of the pad. As with most COEs, the water pressure was good (used a reducer) and we had no problems with the 50 AMP service. There is no WiFi in this CG but we got 4 bars on Verizon. We also received 4 OTA channels with one being a major network. There are a lot of mature trees in the park so satellite could be iffy depending on your site. Site 67 has plenty of yard in the front but that’s shared with the bath house so there’s lots of foot traffic back and forth. Also this site has no shade from the afternoon sun. We noted that sites sit so you're facing the next loop's sites and you’re basically staring at each other. A lot of folks tended to sit around outside their site all day “watching.” Not sure if its a tendency in this area or just how the sites are laid out. The Hawthorn Loop bathhouse had 2 washers and dryers but only 1 washer was in service during our 6 day stay. Camp hosts and regulars go into Wellsboro to do their laundry. The park’s huge boat ramp is at the end of Beech loop, which is convenient for launching large or small boats plus kayaks. The main CG is a mix of FHU and electric with water only sites. A mile farther down the lake is the Pine Camp loop, which is dry camping. There is no bathhouse in Pine Camp, just vaulted toilets and a water spigot. We noticed that Pine Camp does have sites that will take large rigs but the larger sites right on the lake have some slope to them. There’s a camp store near the main CG loops that has a pretty good menu including burgers and ice cream though we did not try anything. The store also sold ice, wood, sodas and chips plus a few sundries such as duck tape, bug spray, and fishing worms but no milk, bread, etc. Suggest you tour Wellsboro, PA about 20 minutes away. Cool little historic town with a nice park, shops, and restaurants. If you want major amenities such as Walmart or Lowes, go to Mansfield, PA or Corning, NY both about 30 minutes away. Pag-Omar Farmers Market at the Wellsboro junction is a great place to get fresh fruits/vegetables and they have great sandwiches for lunch. Just don't order with double meat because they put plenty on for a regular order. We really liked this CG and would definitely come back again, but we would not stay in site 67 due to its location near the bathhouse and afternoon sun.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our site was in the Beech loop. Nice location with an open grassy area behind us. Big park with hiking trails, boat ramp and areas for biking. It was pretty busy while we were there but the park was very quiet. Highly recommend going to Cherry Springs State Park which is about 40 minutes away. It is one of the only dark sky parks in the country. Definitely worth a visit. The nearby town of Wellsboro has nice downtown area and farmers market. We also went to Colton Point State Park so we could hike the Turkey Trail down to the canyon floor. At the time the trail in Leonard Harrison SP was closed for repairs. Only word of caution is that some of the sites have difficult hookups that require extra long power cords and water hoses so be mindful when booking a site. Bathrooms were old but fairly clean. We didn’t use the showers or laundry.

Has water and electric sites and many with sewers. Level asphalt pads with crushed stone for the area with picnic tables and fire pit. Decent separation between sites but they do lack privacy. Open fields in the park for playing also a beach. Hiking trails from the campground. The property is well maintained. The bathrooms could use some updating. Some sites with lake views. The pine loop more for tenting had sites on the water . They were kinda close and lacked privacy and was about a mile from main campground.
