“Quiet and Rustic - perfect for relaxing”
Rustic campground in Hiawatha National Forest - only 11 sites here, but we were lucky to get one as all other NF campgrounds near Munising were full. (We did arrive later in the day, around 5pm) Campground is typical NF campground with 2 loops and a vault toilet for each. Much nice toilet in Loop 1 - 8. Handpump for water (a little discolored) Nothing exciting except a beautiful lake and very quiet! We were able to get a bar or 2 of Verizon and some ATT with our additional antennae. Sites are all large, flat and clean with fire rings in a mature forest setting.
skrimmer would stay here again
