We stayed here for a week. We scoped out the facility 5 months in advance and locked in a site in the new row. The sites a bit wider there.
The staff was super friendly and very pleasant even though we had a minor accident with one of their light poles.
The park was clean; however the ONLY dumpsters were located in the front of the park. Costco, Walmart, and many stores are within a mile or less.
Nice dog are for small and large pups. The pools were small which allows for making friends. The residents were very friendly. We met a lot of travelers (aka snowbirds) who gave us lots of where to go info.

The only criticism I could have about this RV park is the spaces feel a tad close together, but I'm personally used to staying in more remote places that can put a bit of foliage between me and my neighbors. However, this being a breezy (one of the reasons for no tenting allowed) desert area right in Indio / La Quinta, it's hard to complain. As others have noted in their reviews, it's a very clean, well-kept resort with full hook-ups, an on-site laundry, gym and pools. Some of the sites were certainly showing their age from cracks in the pavement, but the park has also been in the process of expanding and improving the RV park's infrastructure. Now for the good stuff...
The full-time residents and staff were quite welcoming and were used-to the normal ebb and flow of campers coming and going from the RV park. With social-distancing restrictions in place at the time, our neighbors were all very respectful and careful to keep the health and safety of everyone else in mind when out on walks or recreating around the property, regularly chatting with each-other a safe distance across the park drives. The kindly, self-named resident 'desert rats' are a wealth of knowledge about the goings on, good eats, and lesser-known attractions in the local area.
Speaking of attractions. The location is technically in the town of Indio, but it's also abutting the town of La Quinta. It's a quick drive across the street to grab groceries, make a run to the hardware store or find a plethora of other daily necessities, as well as quick bites in those shopping centers. La Qunita's local public trails at the Cove Oasis are just a few minutes away, as is the Salton Sea on a longer southernly drive. If you're feeling the heat in the warmer months, Pinyon Pines, or the even more alpine, Idlewild, are more far afield, but provide a cooler air respite with lots of hiking trails and local eateries (I highly recommend The Sugarloaf Cafe on Rt 74). And of course, the RV park is located less than an hour's drive from the southern Joshua Tree's entrance / visitor center.
The RV park also hosts a number of on-site cabins for those that don't have their own camper or RV. I've also had the opportunity to stay in one of these and the cleaning staff seem to keep them in very good shape. They're a compact straight-forward, no frills affair, but have a modest homey feel to them, providing basic dishes and cookware with a microwave, oven/stove, sink, etc. But most importantly, powerful air conditioning for those roasting Coachella Valley summer months.

A lot of group activities, very active pools, tons of retirees. The place was clean and as advertised, but you're right on top of your neighbor. No tables or chairs provided at any of the sites. I was here for the tennis tournament, just 2.5 miles down the road.

The campground is right by a main road so there is some road noise, but it's not bad. I noticed that the Thousand Trails nearby is right on the interstate. (No thanks.)
They have back in spots as well as pull-throughs. Full hook up.
There are a lot of full-time park models here. There were likely more park models than there were RV's. They were fun to look at as each has its own personality. The park is pricey, even with my Good Sam discount, but this is Palm Desert, after all. (Indio, technically)
It's well lit at night with motion detecting solar lights that come on when you are walking by. They have a dog park, with two sections, presumably one for larger breeds and one for smaller breeds. There are 3 pools, hot tubs, two or three laundromats and they offer many activities. They even have a couple of golf greens where you can practice putting.
It's a social sort of 'neighborhood'. Staff were quite friendly and pleasant. There are no picnic tables and in some cases, the lots are quite close to each other. I was lucky that nobody was on one side of me.
Lots of trees, palm and other help provide intermittent shade. The place felt very safe. They also accept general delivery mail, which I find to be extremely helpful.
I would return, if I liked staying in campgrounds! I was here to visit a friend and there is no boondocking anywhere less than about an hour away.
I did not use their WIFI.

We needed to get some city stuff done but didn't want to stay in a "resort" in Palm Springs due to their high prices for amenities we don't use. This park had a special plus Good Sam discount so we gave them a try. Very nice and clean - most stay here for the whole season. Several staff, always available to help. Also a great local services list that we took advantage of including getting our rig washed and waxed in the park. There were several to choose from. Mostly quiet all night - an occasional siren because it's in the city. Only ding is the sites are pretty tight, no room for a picnic table. Park WiFi was good.
