Nice place to stay for a couple of days. Most sites are far away from the facilities up a big hill. The people were friendly. Buggy.

When we arrived for our 4 week stay, we immediately noticed the site was dirt and ugly. Old logs that were piled up at the back end, uneven with low hanging branches, loose debris, water spicket that was several shades of orange (well water), electric outlet covered with spider webs…. I can go on and on. Their maintenance on the individual sites was very poor. We were told our site would be chat or grass. It was neither. It was dirt/ mud. They claim to have fishing. Their pond is a disgusting mess. They make no effort to clean it up. They are right near a river that looked promising. Forget it. There are bottom feeders. Maybe a bluegill (and I do mean one) but nothing else.
Sorry, this is not worth anything they’re going to get from you. There are many tent dwellers who always seem to be having a good time but if you have an RV…save your money. Also, we have TMobile. No service!! There internet wasn’t too bad though
