Could not have asked for a better spot for a overnight stay. There are 5 spots in the area none are real secluded but that didn’t take away from this spot at all! Vault toilet was cleaned and stocked. The river is quite strong in this spot so be cautious if you have young children.

In a couple of spots the mosquitoes were bad. No trash cans available. Make sure you go all the way down the gravel road to the campground. There are some pull offs before you get there, but they are UTV roads and don’t lead to the campground.

We pulled in spur of the moment. It’s a beautiful spot with cows on one side and the Yellowstone River on the other. Camping sites are grassy and well marked. We did see it fill up on Friday night but everyone was quiet and respectful. Well worth visiting.

Just on the other side of the river you will see a sign. Drive 1 mile back and there are 16 sites. I see a bathroom but did not open the door. 😉.
Only 3 others here and it’s well spread out. Nicely maintained too.
Drove a 38 ft mh with a truck in tow, no problem at all.
