Overview of Imperial Dam LTVA

A recreation permit is required at Imperial Dam Long Term Visitor Area (LTVA) September 15th - April 15th. A long term LTVA permit is $180 for the entire season. A short visit LTVA permit is $40 for 14 consecutive days from date of purchase. Camping is allowed during the off-season between April 16th through September 14th, the fee is $15 per vehicle for overnight use, or $75 annually per vehicle. The maximum stay is 14 days in a 28-day period.
