Overall Rating

Lot surrounded by a tall wrought iron gate except at entryway. Well kept cars were parked there, I did notice homeless in another area by the river in the morning. Perfect for a stealth van dweller, car campers may feel more exposed but it is the city.
Saturday night had 65-70% of the parking spaces all filled with what seemed unoccupied vehicles.
