Beautiful campground. Many site pads are small, but the campsites are quite spacious. Easy paved road all the way. If you are in a big rig, consider the double sites or take your time selecting one of the larger single sites. The government app shows individual site sizes.

“Beautiful, scenic campground”

The paved forest roads going into the campground have some hairpin turns, but we managed just fine with our 23' 1972 Airstream trailer. There are three loops, with the first loop (1-38) being the shadiest and more spacious compared to the other loops. We drove through 2 loops and found the first loop easier to navigate, the parking pads and roads are narrow but we were able to back into our site by being careful. There were many other RVs and trailers larger than ours. I feel that site 9 and 10 would be ideal for camping: You have a short walk to the edge of the lake, and you have a lovely view of the water. The campground was clean, and the hosts were active in the campground. Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table and food locker. The dump station is self pay, and easily accessed near the first loop. We saw many campers who were fishing, and catching rainbow trout with very little effort. There was plenty of wildlife to view (no bears, though), kids friendly beach areas, and boulders to scramble on. We would definitely visit this campground again.
