Overall it was a great visit and we really enjoyed our visit, quiet at night and very close to town for whatever you need. Reception was pretty good for Verizon and T-mobile (about 2-3 bars).

One cannot beat the views and sunset here. And there are trails all around you to ride from your site. Lots of other trails nearby by car to ride or bike. Highly recommend them. Download MTB Project app to your phone for trail routes.
It was very windy when we arrived. The wind rocked our 25’ Airstream at night. During the day, usually no wind but wind starts picking up around 3pm. And continues most of the time all night. Sometimes very strong so be aware. The nice thing is it’s calm in the morning.
Main road is graded but the turn in and the road in was super, super deeply rutted. Quite a mess! Our camp site is level and we got Verizon 5G 2 bars.

We absolutely loved this camping area. You are surrounded by mountains which are painted the most beautiful pinks and purples at sunset. This was our favorite boondocking stay to date. There were tons of amazing mountain biking trails right outside our camper door. La Verkin and Hurricane are close by and had all the amenities you could need. Highly recommend it here. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
The roads to the designated camping areas were a little rough. Fine when conditions are dry, however it did rain all day one day during our stay and we had to wait 4 days for everything to dry out before we could get our rig out. This wasn't a problem for us, but if you have a tight schedule and a larger rig be aware that it can get pretty messy after a heavy rain. Other than that it was perfect!

AMAZING views. Main dirt road is maintained very well. Side roads not as much but doable. We didn’t venture too far off the main road in our 35’ 5er because it was getting dark when we arrived but there are a ton of spots and there were a lot of good size rigs. Great location for Zion and mountain biking trails galore. We liked this spot even better than the Wall at Badlands!

14 is very level just lots of rocks and previous people left lots of trash. Four empty gaa cans? Really?! Sad to see people not respect the land. Some broken glass too so careful where you walk.
Stayed September 2021 and no wind at all. Great sunset! Very quiet except for occasional jake breaks on interstate miles away. Mountain bike trail right next to this site. Posted pics of the exact site 14 on Google earth and in relation to what Campendium shows for location. Campendium shows the entrance to the cluster of sites. Verizon hotspot had great service outside the RV. AT&T cell only two bars, inside or outside

Tent camped in worst heat wave in memory (temp over 110). Views were unparalleled. Peaceful and quiet. Roads were rough but had no problem in a small SUV. Virgin River Falls - a small park on way to campsite on Sheep Bridge Road was life saver in the heat. Could swim in cool water of virgin river.

Visited in early June so it was definitely HOT, but so peaceful and beautiful. Easily accessible off the main road to Zion. Incredible view of the cliffs and even on a Saturday night, no one within earshot or sight. Would definitely stop here again.

We unhooked and drove the Jeep around to find a spot. It can get windy up there on the bluffs, but the views are awesome! Hurricane is close by just down the mountain with a laundromat right when you get into town. Performance Fitness had the closest for us to get propane. But further down the 9 almost to the 15 is a Chevron which has propane and the Texaco will let you dump for free with a $30 fill. They also have potable water. Waking up to the view of Zion each morning was a big treat! St. George is 30 min away for Home Depot, Costco, etc.

This was an incredible place to camp, watching the sun set and moon come out was wonderful. Dirt roads that are not graded, be careful driving in. Just go slow and you should be good. 10/10 would stay here again.
