We’re here right now and I see no visible signs of hurricane damage. Our site and the others we’ve walked by are all in good shape, bathrooms, trails, everything looks great.

Last we were there was right after Irma hit. In Mar ‘18 when we arrived they were still pulling the park back together after much devastation. It was more than a bit messy but it had just recently reopened. Utility line crews were all over the park up to the beaches.

We have not been back in 2years. We were so shaken by our last experience with this campground we refuse to go back. Which is sad we love the area and beach. I way they left the campground to us is dangerous. I think they maxed out the hurricane excuse. It is a shame. Love the area.
