“Noisy on Memorial Day”
I had a military discount, so my cost was only about 9.00 a night. It is really beautiful but I stayed there Memorial Day weekend, and there were a lot of fishermen and their families. But it was very clean. The water was turned off and apparently they don't turn it on until July or so. Saw some osprey and bald eagles and hummingbirds. I am not going to complain about the noise, because it was memorial day. I was there a couple days before and it was pretty quiet. The Town of Hunter is only a couple miles away. I was kind of disappointed that I couldn't ride out of the campground very far on my bicycle. The hill out of the campground is very steep and long. No AT&T coverage though someone who had Verison seemed to be okay.
markdev would stay here again
