From the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website: "This is one of the few areas (Hungryland Wildlife & Environmental Area) in the wildlife management area system that provides year-round primitive camping (tents only) opportunities. Note that the sites are in the full sun and do not have picnic tables, fire rings or toilet facilities. Camping is only allowed at designated campsites, and an FWC permit is required. To obtain a permit, see the online reservation system at MyFWC.com/Camping."
