We came here because of the previous review, and it is just as described. There are many first-come sites during the week, and we got one for two nights right on the water. Lovely breeze, good swimming, views across the lake of beautiful mountains. No hook-ups but there are water spigots. $12.50 per night for out-of-state seniors. $23 ... more

Senior discount does not apply on weekends. A bit of noise from boats and jet skis.

We were in spot 86 which is a pull through spot about 2 feet from the waters edge. We were so close it almost felt like we were in a boat when we were in our rig because all we could see was water and the opposite coast out our windows. We were also positioned in a way that we really didn’t notice the rest of the campground behind us and it felt like we had to the place to ourselves.
This is technically a reservation campground. We made reservations on the day before our arrival for a Tuesday and Wednesday night- weekend nights were all booked though. If spots do not have reservations they become first come first served
This is primitive camping with water available throughout the campground but not at each site. There are vault toilets. Some of the other campgrounds on the lake have full hook ups and showers- we never went venturing to find them as we were content where we were and floating in the lake
