If you have kids this place is even better as they have a ton to do (zip-lines, putt-putt, laser tag, fishing, pools). The sites are pretty standard and fairly level, grassy and gravel and they are spread between many cabins throughout the property.
HTR bought this property in the Spring of 2023 and raised the rates. I believe the current rates are around $140/night (we paid $120 but that was with the prior owners) and for that price it definitely wasn't worth it. Great property, lots of families, but way too expensive.

We will come back and use this site as our base camp for multiple nights. The WiFi was good.

The nature trail was super nice to walk around but we got to do that once when we arrived because the rest of the time we were there it rained which made the trail impassible. It’s a beautiful park with a small lake and some cabins. Very conveniently located to Niagara Falls and the on-site store had plenty of essentials so you likely didn’t need to go to a grocery store.

Good water pressure. We stayed in site 65. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the road into the resort and the roads around the resort are in pretty good need of smoothing. Lots of holes in the roads that just beat up your rig

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. They had a cool lake we were able to kayak and fish. It was a lot of fun! It was very clean and well maintained. The dog park was the best we’ve seen.

The sites are far enough apart that you have some privacy and plenty of room to put your dog on a 50 ft leash without worrying about them getting into your neighbors business.
We stayed in early June and we were surprised that over half of the RV spots were not being used. It seemed like a lot of people were using the rental cabins.
We did not use it but they had a pool with a lazy-river and a hot tub and there seemed to be a lot of activities for kids. Fishing and canoeing on the lake was popular.
The sites are gravel and grass but well maintained and level. All RV sites have full hookups, picnic table and fire ring. I WISH my lawn at home was as nice as the grass around our site... very inviting and comfortable.
The park is very conveniently located, only about 10 minutes away from Niagara falls and 20 minutes from Buffalo. We also crossed the border and spent a day at Niagara on the Lake, which I highly recommend, especially if you are a wine lover. Lots of great wineries in the area. Almost too many to choose from.
I liked that they had trash cans conveniently located throughout the park and LOVED that they had recycling bins. There were laundry facilities too which worked out well for us.
If we're ever back in this area we will be staying here again.

This is a beautiful property with a pool, pond, clean and tidy showers, and nice spacing between the RVs. Lots of shade, too.

(My dog is normally "free range") I'd say for any first timers here like I was the best sights if you have a dog and freedom to walk would be camp sights with full hook up 30A. Sights 114, 115. 204,206,208,210,212. The trail runs right behind them. The bath house's are vary clean and nice. I have a E-pro travel trailer. Vary family friendly with lots for kids to do. Also vary quiet. Good cell service. Had an issue with the WiFi. But that might just be my own computer illiteracy and lack of tech savvy. It's about 15 min from the falls and vary easy to get to all attractions. I'm telling all my friends that camp about this place!!!
