Location is great. Only about 30 min from North Cascades National Park. Grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Nice and quiet. Camp hosts Rich and Karen were super nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Got a lot of firewood and kindling for cheap. Even tho there are plenty of gorgeous trees in the park, still plenty of open sky for satellite internet to work.
Cons:
Only one. Bring plenty of quarters with you. Showers only take quarters, which is fine, but quarters are hard to come by in the area. No change machine in the park. Only option is to go to the office and ask. Stopped by the office 3 times during weekday business hours before someone was finally there to change a $5. The next time we needed change we went to the 2 closest gas stations, both of which wouldn't give change. Went to the nearest grocery store in Concrete (30 minutes away), which also won't give out quarters ("We don't do that"). Luckily there is a bank in Concrete who gave us a roll of quarters.
PS - Nearby pizza place (Annie's Pizza Station) and burger stand (Cascade Burgers) are both GREAT.

Office is rarely manned, check in with the camp host to get the bathroom code and wifi password. Easy access from Hwy 20 or 530. I-5 north from Tacoma is the worst highway we have seen in 16 months of traveling the country - traffic, accidents, rough road, stoppages and rocks, its horrible. Also, had a cement truck leaking concrete and the concrete getting thrown up by cars. Got hit with many rocks, including one that cracked our windshield. We got off I-5 as soon as we could and went up Rt 530. Rt 530 is a wonderfully scenic route with little traffic.
It is about 30-40 minutes to Newhalem and 50-60 min to Diablo.
Park is beautiful, our site (#10) was a back-in to the river that we pulled into, so we could view the river. The Skagit-Sauk reach trail starts at the campground, about 5 miles out and back. Site is paved with a picnic table, 30 amp service and water worked well. Showers were $0.25 per minute ($1 minimum), bathrooms are OK.
There is one restaurant across the street from the campground. Rockport Bar and Grill has decent food and a friendly staff. Not much else around unless you drive to Concrete.
Great AT&T 5G service, no issue with streaming. Camp wifi was fair, usable but slow.
No HDTV channels came in.

The AT&T Internet was great and the campsite it self was very nice with access to the river and multiple trails. You are still 45 minutes or more the the main part of the park, and there are a few closer options.
Nothing to complain about he campsite itself other than its distance from everything!

Beautifully kept park with a friendly host right by the river. We had site 50 which was a completely paved site that worked perfectly for our class B. We had water and electric and their is a dump station by the day use area. AT&T and Verizon both had great signal and I was able to work on easily. We would definitely return.

What a lovely campground! There’s a day use area with a bathroom and picnic tables right before entering into the campground. This place allows you to pay to park in the lots for $15/night if you are occupying it which is nice when the campground is full. There’s trash bins located throughout the campground as well as restrooms and shower houses (quarters needed). Dump station is $5. Several free options to pick from based on your setup. If you are paying to overnight park in the parking lot, you technically are not supposed to be using any of the amenities within the campground itself including the shower. If you speak with the Office and allow to pay them directly. They are very accommodating to allow you the bathroom code for the showers. They ask you only stay one night in the parking lot but you can ask for an extra night but get approval.
There’s a bar and grill across the road with pizza and dog friendly. There’s trails around the campground to walk. Very pretty views of the water at half the sites. Camp hosts were very kind and came around at night to check to make sure everyone paid to stay so make sure you do if you are in the parking lot! Had fantastic ATT service and was able to work well. Varied from 3-4 bars of 5G. Only 30 minutes from NC NP entrance. Definitely would stay here again!

8 miles to the town of Concrete which has gas, groceries, good coffee. But if you don't want to go that far, there is a nice bar and grill just across the road. Friendly bartenders. Dog friendly. Decent pizza.
All the spots were well spaced out, a good size, and level. If you can, grab one of the river front spots. They are really special but also looked booked up every night. We will be back and will try to reserve well in advance so we can stay in one.
Internet (with booster):
Verizon: 8mbps down
AT&T: 35mbps down
Park WiFi: 2mbps down

Nice little campground on a beautiful spot next to the Skagit river. We lucked out with a waterfront spot and about 50 feet of grass all to ourselves.
The grounds are nicely maintained and the hosts are great. It was quiet and laid back - just the way we like it.
Also, the WiFi, while not blazing fast, was totally solid and usable.
The walking trail was really nice to, although there was a ton of mosquitoes on it, likely due to the wetlands it surrounds.
Theres a know playground for kids but there’s not a ton of stuff to do on the grounds themselves. But there’s some beautiful scenery and lakes within a 30’ish minute drive.

I almost hate to review this campground as it is one of the quietest, nicest places we’ve ever stayed! There isn’t a bad site in the whole park, all sites are level, the hiking trails at the back are a great place to get away with your dog, the hosts are lovely, and the view is wonderful!

Perfect location on the river, easy in and out, perfectly spotless bathrooms and showers (bring quarters if you want to use them!) and entire campground is just meticulously maintained. Verizon coverage was excellent and the campground had good WiFi at the site I stayed in.
