Adequate for a quick overnight stay. Water and electricity. Very friendly. We originally were going to psrk overnight in the Cracker Barrel parking lot, but it was not level, so we called this facility, and he said we could camp here. He said if he left, we could square up financially in the morning.

Forget prices that you may see listed elsewhere; their rate is now (15 May 2020) $25; office was willing to let me stay for $20 if I stayed 2 or more days, but I declined. This is simply a grass parking lot (it's level) with RV's jammed in there just like a regular parking lot. There are electric and water hookups, but I don't know about sewer. No trees, no trails, no river, no nuthin' - just a place to park. Well if you are visiting Dothan for some reason, this may be a good stop for you. The location is quite good with all the major stores you would want located nearby.
Looking for the office? It's in the back of the Hog Barn across the way.

This place has limited signage, no faculties except power and water. Be sure to flush the waterline before you hook up ( rust ). We spotted a few RVs from a parking lot and that is how we figured out how to get to the campsite. Maybe we can find someone to take our payment in the morning.

This is a no-frills, cheap place to stop for a night or two. There are no bathrooms or showers, but the manager is very friendly. We had an issue with our rig and thought we might have to take the truck camper off the truck, and she said that would be no problem (most places do not let you do that). Fortunately we didn't end up needing to do that, but it was nice to know we had that option should it have been necessary.
The RV park has two sections: an upper one near the manager's trailer and exhibit halls and a lower one down the dirt road. We stayed at the upper one and were the only ones present. The lower one had five or six RVs and had less noise from the road. Each site had electricity, water, and sewer. The sites are rather close together, but I imagine they are only packed during fairground events.
If you arrive after 4pm, you can either leave payment in the mailbox at the manager's trailer (you'll need your own envelope or at least something to write a note about who is doing the paying) or just pay the next morning.
A Publix and some eateries are across the street. TV reception was excellent as there are several broadcasters within a few miles.
