Stayed 2 nights for Mountain Bike Race in Pinetop. About 90% of sites are occupied by seasonal residents with semi-permeant setups, sheds, lights, fences, car shelters, etc... Park is HUGE and streets not always marked. Make sure you have your map. I got lost on my bike but had the map.
Originally assigned to site #14 but when I noted it was by front entrance next to highway and across from the 24 hour Casino I called and they moved me to the back where it was very quiet. My friend stayed in #11 by front exit/highway/casino and did not sleep well.
TV hookup at site but did not use. WIFI worked fine. A little slow but functional. They have towers throughout property.
My site did not have a picnic table. Site #14 did.
Park served it's purpose but make sure you are not in front area due to noise. This is not a rustic setting and just for spending the night.

The park infrastructure is not well maintained. Site numbers are hard to find. Utility pedestals are in disrepair. The roads of the park are volcanic cinders, not gravel. Most of the sites are occupied by long-term campers. I doubt that we will return.

Many many old trailer permanent residence which was okay with me as I have a 1991 class A but is in beauitful condition. When I called the rude lady on the phone informed me they don't accept any rv older then 10 yrs. Really! Has she seen the rv park??? The park is run down a bit but we would have liked to stay for the casino, restaurant and other amenities. They lost a potential good paying customer here!

This was my families first time using full hook ups and it was amazing! They even gave free WiFi! Check in was easy and they offered to take us to our spot since the roads are windy but we managed. They even refunded one night since we left early and that was very accommodating. The park is way nice and super updated with many of the spots not even a year old. We stayed at space 449 and wouldn’t stay at this space again only because it faced the person in front of us which was weird since most spots were back to back but they were very friendly. We were definitely way young for the crowd as most of the people there appear to be retired and stay either year round or are seasonal. They all seemed to be friends and us weekenders def stood out but everyone was friendly and said hi when they went on walks. My husband and I are in our 30’s and ours kids are 5 and 7. It did make us feel like we were out of our element and had to keep the kids quiet but we enjoyed our stay regardless. It was close to fishing (Rainbow Lake and White Mountains Rivers), hiking with even some trails in the park, restaurants (Red Devil Pizza is yummy), the casino and we saw wild horses. We will definitely go back!

Lots of permanents and seasonals, the overnight spots are pretty tight. No satellite access with all the trees. They issue a cable box at the office but we were never able to get it to work. The guy who came to look at it didn't know a thing about how they were supposed to work. They told us the cable company would come look at it but that never happened.
I had an allergic reaction and we had to leave after one night. We didn't ask for a refund of the rest of the week as policies usually don't allow for them once you check in. So I was happily surprised to see the balance credited to my bank account the next day. Wow!
Our site was level and all the utilities worked well. Site was level.

This park is not an RV park. It is a place where RVs are set up on blocks and turned into trailer houses. The sites are paved and level but are very small. The showers and dump station are locked up after 4 PM so all you get is power and water. I don't plan to come back here, and if I do I will stay somewhere else.
