Electric, water and a dump station. We only stopped for one night and got a hot shower too! Not that nice but we stayed cool all night so mission accomplished!

Had electric, water, and sewer for 30$ envelopes to put cash in slot. Not bad for the middle of nowhere!

I called the day before to see if I could schedule ahead and pay cash on arrival because I was concerned after reading the reviews. Mike said sure and was nice. Upon arrival the dilapidated buildings and unkempt grounds were concerning but I was tired and willing to give them a chance. There's no one working, you call and pay over the ... more
I called the day before to see if I could schedule ahead and pay cash on arrival because I was concerned after reading the reviews. Mike said sure and was nice. Upon arrival the dilapidated buildings and unkempt grounds were concerning but I was tired and willing to give them a chance. There's no one working, you call and pay over the phone. He said I should drop the $ in the mail slot, no envelopes or receipts. I chose a site as directed and after leveling, hooked up to find No electricity. I called back and he said try another one. I'm glad I didn't pay anything yet and canceled. It could be good but it's not.

We pulled in and the place is overgrown with weeds the bathroom/ Shower building was in bad shape and nobody was in he office and it was ten down with an American Flag wrinkles up on the porch of the office. I would never stay there!
