The host came by after we had parked and told me that I had to unhook and flip my rig. That night the water spigot froze up so no water in the morning. Easy in and easy out but probably would come back. They have showers and laundry neither of which we used. Most of the outer sites are long-term renters.

Homestead is a well kept basic RV park with large FHU pull-thru sites, and a kind camp host and owner/manager. This location worked well for us to access Farmington and all its amenities, and while there was some road noise (mostly during the day), the park is easy to access from the highway. The park is relatively small, (limited space for walking inside or around the surrounding area), not particularly scenic (fenced gravel lot), and it’s otherwise like a typical commercial CG (not much privacy/normal commercial spacing).
This is probably not a destination CG for most folks, but it’s an easy overnight (or few), and we would stay here again. Our rate was $40 with GS discount, and Verizon worked fine.

summary is a quote from another reviewer but it captures the park exactly. I would stay here again. Fast WiFi, and fine cable service. Bathrooms and laundry were hotel clean. Navigation of the park was simple and our pull through spot was spacious for a 42' trailer. We camped in a fifth wheel.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We were passing thru but the location is close enough that I did walk to some local shops so that we didn't have to unload the camper from the truck. The Wi-Fi signal wasn't super strong but let us check our email and browse the web. Overall we were happy and recommend staying here.

It's a little pricey for being in the middle of nothing, but it is right off the highway (64) and the entry and exit is big enough for the largest rigs to navigate with no issue. No trees or poles to worry about, but since you are right off the highway it's a little noisy. They also have a laundry room, but we didn't use it.

The park is close to the main highway, very easy to access, tucked into the end of a neighborhood. There is a a nice clean dog run and bags for the doggies as well. Would definitely stay again.

This park is pretty standard for New Mexico. Nice size spaces with easy access. Roads and spaces are gravel, no trees which makes it easy for satellite reception. Good Wi-Fi at site. Not much to do in Farmington however.
