Overall Rating

Sits off a country road, easy access for big rigs. Staff friendly. Rates higher than normal designed for community living but offers both short and long term stays ($935 for a month) Nice dog park, good cable, wifi, concrete pads and road, children’s small playground, small pond to catch small fish, clean facilities. Down side not one single shade tree and traffic can be annoying on adjoining road as it seems to offer unchecked country speed racing.
