If you need to stay in the Ashland area and don't have anywhere else to park, this is a good option, because they allow up to 12 hours to stop. Great place for overnight

Unfortunately the neighborhood outside the RV park has gone downhill. We heard gunshots just outside the gate the first night. Nice park but won't be returning.

Doc, owner and host, was welcoming and helpful. The small park is laid out well with sites positioned among the beautiful oaks. The concrete sites are very level, clean and easy to back into.
