We decided seems we were there for two days and did not want to get told to move that we would set up in the RV & Truck lot. The security was driving around within a couple hours and made the RV's move out of the north parking lot.
The RV & truck lot is very loud with transports coming and going 24 hours a day. Most drivers are respectable but just like everything else there are idiots among them including a car carrier that was beside us for the night and dumped his poop bucket out his door on the pavement before leaving.

Due to distance to casino and rainy weather, didn’t use restaurants.
Recommendation on entering facility. Pass main entrance(Bow Creek Rd) and at end of road turn right (Mountain Rd). Drive .47 miles (second road on right, look for 18 wheelers). Call casino security, let them know you are there.

We called to make sure they were open not only were they open, but they were glad to hear from us, and said we could park in the north lot due to the fact there was no concerts. Recommend calling to see if there’s a concert they have a certain lot if it’s busy We’re very friendly talk to Security.

Great place to stop for the night but due to the casino being closed, security asked us to leave for liability issues.

Without problems. We chose to go to gravel truck parking lot to have some grass nearby knowing we would be here for longer. Large enough for us and multiple trucks at night. We even set our solar panels out discretely. Can hear interstate at a distance and low truck rumble, but not bad.

Quiet enough and cell good service. It’s only about 15-20 mins from Swatara State Park, which had some nice hikes.

It's the fact that trucks also use this free place and therefore there is the noise of their engines and the fact that the area is mostly sloped that prevents me from giving this place 5 stars.
To begin with it's convenient to I-81 (and pretty close to where I-78 becomes 81). There is a huge casino on site where there are a number of restaurants. Being vegan I don't expect a lot of options on the road but the hummus and green salad I had for dinner at the Sky Bar there was plenty. Of course, if you want to try your hand at the casino there are plenty of options.
The parking for trucks and RV's is set off to the side of the casino complex. There are a number of spaces there that are flat, however when we arrived someone with a fifth wheel in tow had parked in all of them rather than in one of the slots. (Don't do that it's really not considerate.) There is a grassy area to the left of the paved parking that allows overflow and if it is dry that is an option as it is also flat. We didn't see it because we came in after dark. Otherwise the area is paved about halfway up the "hill" and then gravel. There is PLENTY of room so I would not hesitate to plan to stop at any hour.
Getting there: When you drive in the entrance to the casino turn left at the first stop sign and follow that road around until you see the one saying Truck and RV parking then turn left. When you leave you can either go back the way you came in or continue up the hill at the parking and turn left on Mountain Rd which will take you back out to 81.
Bonus: they have horse racing there and the parking is right beside the barns where they warm up the horses and not too long a walk to the track where you can watch the trainers working with them.
