Holiday Hills Resort

Very nice camp ground but owners needs training. They have cabins and I think that is what they take care of better then the rv section but the rv section has a vast full time section so any one that comes for a short time is not much attention. Like us . We had a broken pick table and ask to have it replaced well told they don’t have anyone to do it so it took 3 days to get one. Next we paid for pump out every 2 days well we got one the were told that there was no one to do it but if we want to they have sewer carts that they said you can hook to your hitch and take it to dumb station . Well that was not the case as there was just a small handle that bay fit your hand and tank full is over 200 lb. And beside the tank had no plugs fr the fill holes so if we did use them it would dump all over the place to the dump site. Again no help. There favorite phases. Even heard from them that there mind is closed and can’t help.
The park is great place in Sumer with the problems but the pier. And lake access help a lot but make sure you are ready for work to stay there as most sites at way out of level.

Campground is on Lake Barkley with a boat ramp and slips. The staff is AWESOME and so friendly and made checkin a breeze. I needed propane filled and the staff filled it while we setup and they even delivered it to my site. Many campers have permanent sites and the locals love to chat with everyone. Nice little beach area, gameroom, pool, outdoor games available for use, basketball court, and other amenities. This would be a great place to relax near the lake for a week.
