We camped here in 2018 and in 2020 and it is still our absolute favorite camping experience of all!
Located in beautiful Medicine Bow National Forest on a quiet reservoir with wonderful opportunities for reflection, hiking, fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, exploring and star gazing.
Make sure to follow the directions from Recreation.gov and take Road 550, not 353 that Google may take you on. It is almost an hour on a dirt road to get to the campsite, but well worth it!
Embrace unplugging, because there is no cell service or Internet nearby.
