Overall Rating
The good: The owner was very friendly and let us check in early. Easy on/off 77. Close enough to Rockport to meet friends for supper. Site was level. FHU w/50amp. WiFi provided. Since we were staying for one night, owner let us choose our site from the 6 or so open sites.
The bad: Of the open sites, only 2 would fit our 40’ rig - back-in site with a small trailer at the other end or the one spot parallel to the main road that goes through Sinton. If you have a rig larger than 34’, I would call and verify there is room for you rather than make a reservation online. The double back-in sites are extremely tight for 2 rigs of today’s size.

Overall Rating
Under new ownership as of a coupleof weeks ago, he’s very nice, made sure we had everything we needed. Full hookups. Pull through and back in sites. Fresh gravel pads. New power pedestals. Quick in and out when passing through. Clean and quiet (other than the trains nearby 😃) I did not see whether there was restrooms or laundry as we are self contained so I didn’t look.
