The camp hosts were wonderful and helped us with our very first back in at 10:30 at night. The campground is in an obscure place to find because you have to go through a residential area and then it pops up. Definitely arrive during the day time! The lake is small, but the campground has beach access. There is no dump site anywhere close, but we did have electric and water hook ups. There was a section of the campground that was more of an RV park where the RV’s were closer together, but we had one of the sites close to the water that were more private. I recommend reserving one of those. The sites are not very level, so be prepared to do some leveling work.

North Adams is a charming New England town and the highlight of our experience in the town was Mass MOCA, the contemporary art museum. We visited numerous shops and cafes in the quaint downtown area, and even had the pleasure of being in the town while their Fall Festival Parade came through the main street.
Within an hour, you can explore the many farms, hiking trails in the Taconic Mountains, and the little towns speckling the valleys. We were here during the very beginning of autumn and were thrilled to witness the turning of the leaves during the week.
Our campsite was a little difficult to level on, due to some loose gravel covering the pad. But after we got situated, we really enjoyed our stay. We would also recommend making sure you have an extra long power cord staying here, as some of the power boxes are fairly far from the sites.

“Unresponsive and Rude”
noted 6/25/2021
After reading the positive reviews of this place I tried to call to get more info about their availability. No answer after calling a few different times on different days. When I was in the area later in the week I stopped in the campground to learn more. I told the woman I have a 30ft RV and was wondering about their availability. Hardly even finished my sentence before I was cut off by a rude “No. We have no room for you.” I wouldn’t give them my business with that kind of attitude even if they did have availability. I’d skip it, not that you can get a hold of them anyway.
