Highland’s RV is a well kept commercial park with mostly pull-thru sites that will fit almost any rig… but it can take a little maneuvering as others have indicated. The sites are just wide enough for an RV to fit between the pads, but there is plenty of room for slides on both sides. Site spacing is about average with limited privacy, but the owners are really helpful and easy going (ie. park wherever you need to and offering options for whatever sites they have available). Our utilities were easy to reach and worked well during our stay, but again, as others have said, we had to watch our positioning, parking so that we could put out our slides without hitting.
They sell propane, offer a bathhouse and laundry, and there is a small grassy area for dog walking. I only tried their WiFi briefly, and it seemed pretty slow, however, our Verizon worked fine without the booster. This is a great location for accessing Bishop, and the owners are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their rate is $50 a night, and they offer a Good Sam discount, bringing it to $45.

Yes, the sites are 20ft wide, and you are close to your neighbors. But we're only here in the late afternoon or evening. Neighbors are generally friendly. The park is comfortable. The real attraction is the area recreational activities (FISHING!!!).
Overall, a great stay every time.

Nice people.
Clean restroom and shower.
Clean laundry - 1.50 per machine.
Location, just north of Bishop, is good too.
But site is too cramped.
wifi on site is spotty. cellphone service (verizon & att) is one or two bar. not fast enough for streaming at all.

Very friendly. Quiet. Priced right. Super clean showers and bathrooms. Located just outside of Bishop which made it quiet. Only negative is if the sites were any closer to the people on either side we would be sharing an RV. Felt safe, which is important as a sole traveler.

While the pads are paved they're not super level. They're also pretty close together making getting in and out of them and leveling harder for bigger rigs.
Full hookups with cable, sewer, water, and power. The 50A hookups are nice when you need them during the hot afternoons (even in late Sept). Cell service is spotty, even with a booster, and wifi is good near the office but really dragging a few rows in, and during peak evening hours.
All in all a decent place to stay at for a short stay, but if you're looking to be closer to hiking or nature, look for dry camping or RV places elsewhere.

We stayed here after trying and abandoning two different boondocking sites around Bishop. At this point, we were just looking for somewhere to stay the night, and it worked for that. The office staff was courteous and easy to deal with, and our brief stay was pleasant enough.
But man, the sites are cramped. Super cramped. We had a pull-through, and we barely had enough room for our 32' motorhome and toad, even when we parked it sideways. Beyond that, a lot of the sites (ours included) looked unlevel, so it was a bear trying to get ourselves situated for the evening.
I'd recommend camping at the Tri County Fairgrounds if you're looking for a place to stop in the area, simply because the access is easier, it's in walking distance of more Bishop attractions, the sites are level, and the price is lower.

Highland RV Park was the perfect place for us to stay during our week visit to the Bishop area. The park has both pull thrus and back-ins with Full Hookups that includes 50 amp! Sites are paved with concrete patios. The back-in sites are level with a little more room. The pull thrus tend to be heaved in the middle. With careful placement you can be perfectly level. However, with narrower roads and tight sites, it is challenging to get into the site because the patio, in most cases, sits several inches higher than the pad and the corners are broken and sharp. So it takes lots of patients to get in without tire damage. But the office personal are extremely accommodating and gave us several sites to choose from. The park is extremely quiet. There are two restaurants across the road. The park has an outstanding dog area with golf course plush grass and a lot of it! The WiFi works well in the morning but slow in the evening. Data service on the cell phone with Verizon wasn't great but with our booster we had four bars and faster data. Our rate is for a week stay.
