Not a luxury rv park but perfectly fine for an overnighter, full service, no wifi, lots of full timers here.

This RV park is located approximately 1 mile from Interstate 15 at exit 222. There’s both a Flying J and Maverick gas station with RV pumps at this exit.
Despite the fact that this campground is listed as a Good Sam park on Good Sams app, the campgrounds website, and on the voicemail recording when you call the park, the employee in the office said they are NOT. There are zero discounts. Price was $30/night. I was told they are a FCFS park and do not take reservations.
The park itself is nothing fancy. The roads are gravel and the sites are fairly close together. There are a lot of permanent campers and not very well kept. Site #16 was towards the front of the park. It was long enough for our CRV to stay connected to our 37 foot class A. The employee did put out an orange cone towards the back of the car for some added safety.
The power at the site worked well. The water spigot was pretty close to the ground that you may have to dig out some of the dirt to connect your hose. The sewer was towards the back of the site so an extra sewer hose was in order. I think the set up would be better for a truck towing a trailer or 5th wheel.
Did not use the advertised wifi. Verizon signal was 3 bars LTE. Able to text, search the internet, and stream videos. There was a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers ($1.50 for each load). Park also had restrooms and showers. The women’s restroom was dated, but clean.
While not a destination campground, I would stay here again if passing through the area.

This area of Utah has major construction going on. Most Rv parks at maximum capacity. They had a spot for us for the nite. Lots of different types of sites, some large and roomy, some like ours were very tight but long. We were glad to get a spot and they were not overpriced like others in the area. FHU, laundry, and showers.

A peaceful night’s sleep if you’re needing hookups. Okay for big rigs. Most full-time rigs due to the construction going on in the area per the owner/front desk lady. There are restrooms.

The interior roads are rocky dirt. I would not call them graveled. They are big rig friendly though. Our site, 64. was a flat, level pull through that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (power and water) were conveniently placed on the left side mid site. So far, that is about it for the good. Sadly this park is only good enough for a badly needed overnighter. There has been no attempt to beautify this place at all. We were here ten years ago and nothing has changed (except we did not have the use of a table this time. The last time we had “half” of a table). There are many permanents here and it would not surprise me if they were the same ones as ten years ago. The place still looks trashy.
We did not check the bathrooms or showers. We did not venture out at all. We used the place to rest and relax after a very windy drive from Mesquite.
Even though this place is a poor example of an RV park, we would stay here again. It works as a reasonably priced overnighter. We paid $25.00 with a Good Sam discount and feel we received fair value. We camped at Jones High Country RV in a Motorhome.

We asked about just getting some water and planned on going to a harvest host. The worker directed us to park parallel to the tent sites to fill up our water. She then offered that we could just park there for the night and connect to electric. Dump access was available. Currently park is nearly full with employees working on a solar plant near by. Limited overnight sights available. Definitely recommend calling ahead. $25 a night with Good Sam discount.

I found check-in forms in a box by the door, chose a campsite, filled out a form, and dropped it in the slot with a check.
Site 11 was clean and level, with full hookups. It was in the row closest to the road, but the campground was fairly full further back. Traffic was light, and the trains across the road were very infrequent, so noise was not a problem.
Verizon 4G was 3 bars. I didn't check the speed, but it was adequate.
